How do I customize my order?
Before adding a customized item to your shopping cart you will need to upload your picture. You will also be able to make your birthstone choices and add any customization options. Once you check out your picture and all information will be sent to us with your order.
Once we receive your order, we will crop the image and send you a copy to your email address for your approval.
When will my order ship?
We know how important it is for you to receive your items as soon as possible. So we work hard to make sure that items are shipped on time. Normally we ship within 1 business day if you are not receiving a custom item. Please allow 3 business days for processing custom orders.
How do I care for my locket and charms?
Handle with care: The glass on your locket is fragile and can break. If your locket is magnetic, do not open it too far.
Avoid water: Just like any jewelry product always remove your locket before entering water. Do not shower, bathe, swim, ect... while wearing your locket. Our charms and plates are water resistant but they are not waterproof.
Remove: Take off your locket when cleaning or using harsh products and avoid extreme heat or cold.
Clean: You may wipe your locket with a clean damp cloth.
Do you combine shipping?
Yes, we offer flat rate shipping. Please add all the items you would like to purchase to your shopping cart. They will all ship for one low price. First Class Mail is $3.99 and Priority Mail is $7.99
Please make sure that we have the correct shipping address. We are not responsible if there is a problem with the address we received.
How are orders packaged?
We package orders very carefully to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Items are placed in small jewelry bags and placed into a gift box. We do not put the charms/plates inside the locket unless you request that we do so.
